The following terms explain the services provided by Gateway Mover. By contacting us or using our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Services Provided

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information you share with us.

Quotations and Pricing

All price estimates are based on the information given by the customer. The final charges depend on the total volume of goods, distance of transportation, and any additional services required.

Price quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change due to market conditions, government rules, or other unexpected situations.

Booking and Payment

A booking amount of 10% of the total cost is required to confirm the booking. This amount is non-refundable.

The remaining payment must be made after the service is completed.

Payments can be made through bank transfer, cheque, credit card, or any other accepted payment method. If payment is not made as agreed, the company has the right to hold the goods until full payment is received.

Cancellation and Postponement

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled moving date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the quoted amount will apply.

If the customer requests to change the moving date, a new date will be provided based on availability, and additional charges may apply.

Client Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate details about the type and quantity of items to be moved, as estimates depend on this information.

Customers should ensure that all goods are properly insured. The company is not responsible for items that are not covered under insurance.

Customers must clearly inform the company about fragile, valuable, or special items and how they should be handled.

Liability and Insurance

The company takes proper care while handling and transporting goods. However, it is not responsible for loss or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or theft.

Customers are advised to arrange additional insurance coverage if required.

Claims

Any complaint related to damaged or missing items must be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims must include supporting documents, photos of damage, and a list of missing items.
